Explanation:

I have been one of those persons who has always tried to live an organized life, be it at the workplace or elsewhere. Planning things ahead and implementing them as per the timeline has always worked for me. This also reduces last-minute hurry. I also think that while working in an organization, the key to manage time is by building a team that will work in tandem, with each person accomplishing the tasks assigned to them on time. This method of working will also ensure that the quality of work is unaltered.
