Have you ever been part of an Agile Development Team? Do you prefer agile or waterfall methodology?

Before answering this question, you must have had an idea about what development method the company you are attending the interview follows. Most companies are following the Agile Development Process. In such cases, the intention of the interviewer is to understand if you are fit for an agile development environment.

An ideal answer should contain more pros and few cons of the agile development process, how agile solved few of the identified flaws from your x process etc. It’s better not to contradict the core process followed by the interviewer’s company.
