Have you ever had to make a critical decision during the production? What was the output? How did you oversee and manage it?

This question is to judge if you are able to make independent perspectives, break down and assess issues rapidly and precisely, and perceive the most consistent connection between thoughts.

An ideal answer should contain a logical relationship between the issue and the solution that gives an impression to the interviewer that  you have an explorative mindset which can prompt advancement and the improvement of systems and processes.
